Mike Milo

Mike is pursuing his PhD under advisor, Dr. Roan. He is currently researching approaches to analyzing and processing images and video in large-scale data structures. In addition to taking classes in Signals & Systems, he is applying this to research and classwork in Pattern Recognition and Anomaly Detection. Future research goals include implementation of empirical Hidden Markov Models for predicting behavior stochastic systems.

 

Mike enjoys studying martial arts and is heavily involved in the Tae Kwon Do Club at Tech. His other hobbies include cooking, karaoke, and sleeping when he can find the time for it.
