Alessandro Toso Ph.D.

Alessandro Toso is a research associate at VAL since 2008 where he works with Dr Marty Johnson and Dr. Mike Roan on several projects on active noise and vibration control, detection and characterization of sound sources, finite element modeling of structures sponsored by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research and the Army Research Lab. He received his degree in Aerospace Engineering at Polytechnic University in Milan, Italy with a thesis on the predictive control of flutter and a PhD from the same university working on the active noise and vibration control in helicopter cabins.
